As a goalie we have many movements to learn. Unfortunately, we can’t slide like an ice hockey goalie and are slower on our underground than they are. But still there is a lot of movement demanded from us, so we have to focus a lot on this part. Here you’ll find different ways of movement and how to execute them. Repetition is key!
