Three Relaxing Neck Stretches
Home Office and home studies were killing it today, so we thought why don't we upload something to relax our necks a bit :)
Stretch 1
- Place both hands on the back of your head
- Lay your chin on your chest and pull the ellbows closer together
- Let gravitiy do its job and don't pull your head down with the arms
Stretches 2 and 3
- Bring your hands together behind your back
- Stretch arms and pull them backwards
- This is the second stretch. Take at least one deep breath before you move on to the next one
- Slowly unstrech your arms and place your hands on your right hip
- Tilt your head to the right side as well
- Turn your head towards your right shoulder until you feel the stretch
- This is the third stretch, hold it for minimum one deep breath and repeat for the other side
Summary
These stretches are perfect to relax your neck after a long day behind the PC. Especially when you are in an unhealthy sitting position, these can help you a bit free the muscles in your neck.
