Challenges are always nice. This challenge proves your flexibility. The exercise sounds very simple: turn your body around whilst you have one foot in the air. However it’s more challenging to do than it seems.
You start the exercise laying on the floor, with one of your legs as representative for the stork’s nest, pointing to the sky. On this stork’s nest foot you place a shoe. Now turn around whilst balancing the shoe on the aired leg. It shouldn’t fall down during your movement.
