Floorball ball meets elbow
We love hand-eye coordination exercises. Especially the one where we do not need any assistance. Here is another hand-eye drill for the off-season and do not forget, the ball is your friend:).
How to do it?
- Starting point
- One ball in one of your hands
- Exercise
- Throw the ball up in the air
- Bounce the ball on your elbow
- Catch the ball after the bounce
- Again and again and again :)
How to change the degree of difficulty:
- Use smaller balls (tennis balls, table tennis balls)
- Use reaction balls – the smaller the harder
- Do it with both hands at the same time
- Do it with both hands and throw the second ball once the first one bounced at your elbow
