Behind the Back Throw & Catch
Nope, not talking about a fancy save or throw here, just an easy and simple hand-eye coordination drill that doesn't need much equipment.
How to do it? Exercise
We consider throwing the ball/s over our right shoulder.
Put floorball in left hand
Place left hand behind your back
Throw the floorball over your right shoulder
Try to catch it with your right hand
Repeat for the other side
Too easy? Try it with two balls! Still too easy? Try it with three balls!
You already know that we love simplicity here. And this exercise is all about that. You can do it before training, during training, in the lunch break, mix up a work out with it and so on... All you need is up to three floorballs ;)
